Cold Stack ("we," "us," "the site") is a community-run leaderboard and knowledge base for cold email tools. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google or by email, we store:

Your email address and a display name (from Google, or whatever you set on your profile).
Anything you add to your profile voluntarily: bio, affiliate link, "coming soon" tagline.
Your activity on the site: votes, tool suggestions, posts, comments, upvotes, and follows.
If you subscribe to a "coming soon" profile, the email address you submit for that.

We also use Google Analytics, which collects standard web analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) via cookies, to understand how the site is used.

We do not sell your data, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to run the site (hosting, authentication, analytics), except where required by law.

Advertising

This site does not currently show ads. If we add Google AdSense or a similar service in the future, this policy will be updated first, and third-party vendors (including Google) may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your visits here and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time viaGoogle Ads Settings.

What's public vs. private

Your profile (name, handle, bio, affiliate link, post/vote/follow counts) is public to anyone who visits the site. We do not publicly expose who follows whom. Follower and following lists are private; only the counts are shown.

Your choices

Edit your name, bio, and affiliate link anytime from your profile.
Delete a vote, suggestion, post, or comment you made at any time.
Ask us to delete your account and associated data: contact us (see below).

Children's privacy

Cold Stack is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
