What good cold email copy actually looks like

odien856 · 11/5/2026

The best-performing cold emails read like a text from a colleague, not a brochure: short sentences, no bullet-pointed feature lists, no superlatives ("industry-leading," "revolutionary"). They name a specific, narrow problem instead of a broad category of pain, and they sound like they were written for one person, not blasted to five thousand.
